Pickleball Scoring Buddy
It always knows the score.
The Apple Watch scorekeeper for doubles pickleball — two taps to start, one tap per rally, and the correct call spoken at your wrist before every serve. No names, no phone, no account.

Common questions
How do I start a game?
Open the app, tap where you're standing, tap who serves first. That's it — rules (to 11 / 15 / 21, win by 1 or 2) persist from last time and can be changed from the rules chip.
How do I score a rally?
Tap the half of the screen for the team that won the rally. The watch confirms with a haptic and speaks the next call. Mis-tap? Undo restores everything — score, server, positions — from any screen, including game over.
Why does it ask about workouts?
A workout session keeps the app on your wrist for the whole game. When the game ends it is saved to Health as a pickleball workout. That is on by default and can be turned off any time in Settings under “Save workouts to Health.”
How do I stop notifications during a game?
Let your watch do it for you. Every game runs as a workout, so a Fitness Focus set to start with workouts turns on when the game starts and off when it ends. On iPhone, open Settings → Focus, tap +, choose Fitness, then under Set a Schedule tap Workout and turn on “Turn On Automatically.” On the same screen, choose which people and apps, if any, can still reach you. This needs the workout access the app asks for on your first game.
Privacy Policy
Pickleball Scoring Buddy does not collect any data. Effective July 6, 2026.
- No data leaves your watch. The app has no server, no account system, and makes no network requests.
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking SDKs of any kind.
- No personal information is asked for or stored — not even player names.
- Game state and rule preferences are stored only on your device.
- If workout saving is on (it can be turned off in Settings), each game is written to Apple Health on your device under Apple's Health privacy protections. The app only writes workouts; it does not read your health data.
- Since no data is collected, there is nothing for us to share, sell, or delete.
If this policy ever changes, the change will be posted here before it takes effect. Questions: spencelloyd@gmail.com.
